Payment Information: If you upgrade to a paid subscription, your payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your financial details on our servers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect data about how you interact with our Services, such as IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and pages visited, to ensure the Services function correctly and to improve user experience.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Because our Audience Integrity Engine and Trends Intelligence analyze audiences, trends, and comments, we may process personal data of third parties (e.g., social media users) on your behalf. In these situations, you act as the Data Controller and Swaynetic.AI acts as the Data Processor. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference. The DPA outlines our obligations under Article 28 of the GDPR, ensuring that we process third-party data only on your documented instructions, maintain appropriate security measures, and assist you in fulfilling data subject requests.

Please note: The single DPA applies globally across our platform and covers both Trends Intelligence and Audience Integrity Engine (AIE) under one unified agreement.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Create and manage your account.
Provide, operate, and maintain the Audience Integrity Engine and Trends Intelligence.
Process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts).
Send administrative emails, technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
Provide customer support.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Services:

Payment Processors: Stripe (for handling secure subscription billing).
Hosting & Infrastructure: Vercel (for website hosting) and other cloud infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the SaaS.

These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
